Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 15, 2026 · Company: Pixel Digitizing

By accessing or using the Pixel Digitizing website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We may update these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

1. Nature of Services and Digital Delivery

All services provided by Pixel Digitizing are digital. Our orders consist of custom machine embroidery stitch files (such as DST, PES, EXP, and JEF) and vector art files.

  • No Physical Goods: We do not manufacture, embroider, print, package, or ship any physical products, patches, or garments.
  • Delivery Method: Completed files are delivered electronically by email or a secure download link. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital file product.
  • Turnaround Times: Most files are delivered within 12 to 24 hours. Rush delivery is available on request. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with design complexity and order volume.

2. Quotes, Pricing, and Payment

  • Quote First: We provide a price before work begins, and you approve the quote before we start. Small designs start at $7. Larger designs may be priced by stitch count.
  • Payment: Payment is due [at quote approval / before delivery of final files]. Production begins once payment is received.
  • Rush Orders: Rush delivery is offered at [no extra charge / the rate stated on your quote].
  • Bulk Orders: For volume pricing or special payment terms, contact info@pixeldigitizing.com before placing your order.
  • Payment Processors: Payments are handled by third-party processors [e.g., Stripe, PayPal]. By purchasing, you also agree to their terms of service.

3. Customer Responsibilities

To get the best result, please provide:

  • Your artwork in JPG, PNG, PDF, or vector format, at the best quality you have.
  • The garment or fabric type, design size, and placement.
  • Your machine model and required file format.

Results depend on the information you give us. Low-quality artwork may need to be redrawn as vector art first, and we will tell you before charging if a design is too unclear to rebuild.

4. Free Samples

We may offer a free sample of your design before major work begins. Samples are provided so you can review our work. They are for evaluation only, and the final file becomes yours only after payment.

5. Revisions

If a file has a technical issue or does not match your original instructions, we will revise it free of charge. Revision requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Changes beyond the original instructions, such as a new design, new size, or new artwork, may be quoted as a new order.

6. Refunds and Disputes

Because every file is custom-made, all sales are final once completed files have been delivered. If we cannot deliver a usable file, we will work with you to correct it or [offer a refund / credit]. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at info@pixeldigitizing.com before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer, so we can resolve it quickly.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Your Files: Upon full payment and delivery, the custom embroidery and vector files created for you become your property, including the editable source file included with your order. We will not reproduce, resell, or distribute your delivered files without your written consent.
  • Your Artwork: You confirm that you own or have permission to use the artwork you submit, and that it does not infringe anyone’s copyrights, trademarks, or other rights. You are responsible for any claims arising from artwork you provide.
  • Website Content: All images, text, graphics, and other content on this website belong to Pixel Digitizing unless otherwise noted. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial or public purposes without our written permission.

8. Test Before Production

We review every file with a stitch simulation and a density, underlay, and pull compensation check. Actual results can still vary with fabric, thread, stabilizer, and machine settings. You are responsible for test-stitching files before running full production.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pixel Digitizing is not liable for production delays, garment or material costs, lost profits, or other indirect damages resulting from the use of our digital files. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

10. Changes to Content

Website content, including services, pricing, and promotions, may change without prior notice. We try to keep our site accurate, but we do not guarantee it is free of typographical errors or omissions.
