What We Do
What Our Guarantee Covers
Our guarantee covers what digitizing actually controls: stitch paths, underlay, density, pull compensation, and stitch sequencing. If a verified error in any of these causes a problem in your sew-out, we correct it for free.
It does not cover problems caused outside the file, such as incorrect machine tension, wrong needle or thread, worn machine parts, or unsuitable stabilizer. A photo of your sew-out usually shows us which one we are dealing with.
Free fixes for verified digitizing errors within 7 days of delivery.
If the error is ours, you pay nothing to have it corrected.
Resize or recolor later without paying for a rebuild.
How our quality control works
How We Check Every File Before You Get It
We check your artwork for resolution, clarity, color count, and complexity before we begin. If it is too unclear to rebuild accurately, we tell you before charging anything.
A digitizer builds every stitch path by hand. Underlay, density, pull compensation, and stitch direction are set for your fabric and garment, never left at software defaults.
We preview the full design in simulation to check stitch order, direction, gaps, and overlaps before anything is sent.
You receive your machine file and the editable source file. If anything needs adjusting after your first sew-out, contact us within 7 days.

We do not refund delivered files because every design is custom-made. Instead, verified digitizing errors are fixed free within 7 days of delivery.
7 days from delivery. Requests after that are treated as new orders.
Problems caused by the file itself, such as density, underlay, pull compensation, stitch order, or format. Machine tension, needle, thread, and stabilizer are outside the file.
DST, PES, EXP, JEF, and others on request. Tell us your machine and we match it.
Yes. Everything is online: upload, approve, download. No shipping and no visits.
