Digitizing Built for the Shape of a Cap

A cap is a curved, stiff surface, so a file made for a flat shirt will not sew cleanly on it. We build each cap file around the crown and the front panel, setting stitch direction and density for the way the fabric holds its shape.
The result is sharp lettering and logos across the front, with pull compensation planned for the structure of the cap.
