Who We Are
Pixel Digitizing started with a simple problem: too many embroidery files that looked fine on screen and failed on the machine. Puckered fabric, broken threads, and fuzzy small text cost shops garments, time, and customer trust.
We set out to fix that. Today, Pixel Digitizing is a team of experienced digitizers and vector artists who build every design by hand, check it carefully, and deliver files that sew clean on the first run. Since 5 years, we have helped 99+ shops, brands, and teams across the USA get their artwork production-ready.

HOW IT WORKS
How to Order Embroidery Digitizing Online
Send your logo as a JPG, PNG, PDF, or vector file. Add the garment type, design size, and your machine format. Artwork not perfect? Upload it anyway and we will tell you if it needs to be redrawn first.
Approve the quote
We reply with a clear price based on design size and stitch count. Small designs start at $7. No work begins until you approve, so there are no surprise charges.
We Digitize and Check It
A digitizer builds every stitch path by hand, setting underlay, density, and pull compensation for your fabric. Each file gets a stitch simulation and density review before delivery.
Download your files
Get your file in DST, PES, EXP, JEF, or the format your machine needs, plus the editable source file. If anything needs adjusting after your first sew-out, we revise it free.
